Just seeing if anyone has tried carteks C5 clutch that comes with new adj. master and new slave for $944 posted on there website. Alot of people seem to like their adjustable master but havent heard much about the whole clutch setup. And yes this is because i have the sticky clutch FU***** issue on my 2000 with 12000 miles and am going to resolve it right the first time with aftermarket everything even though i just bought a brand new LS7 clutch setup im gonna stay away from GM OEM equipment
Thanks. Bob

I will be running it on my 750+ rwhp car within the next 2 weeks. I know of quite a few people that are running them with no problems. You should be fine
I'm running it right now. Final dyno tune tomorrow but am already over 700 myself. Was going to the track yesterday but it is closed because if the Nationals next weekend so I can't comment on the track performance. Judging from its feel, it is going to be an awesome clutch. Grips like a mo fo and has a little chatter. I love it so far.
I had one in the TA and I am putting one in the vette now. The clutch is great. I think it drives close to stock and grips like crazy when you need it. I did a ton of 6k+ clutch dumps on it at the track with ET Drags and it held great. The clutch always seemed like the hotter it got the harder it would grip.
Sounds like the cartek is a great clutch. Did any of you have the sticky clutch before you went to it and know that this clutch setup is a for sure fix.
Went thru stock clutch then Z06 before the Cartek. No problem with Cartek but a little chatter when new.
I helped a friend put a LS7 in and that is a nice clutch as well. Lots of contact area and easy to drive.

At 62,000 on my '04 I never had the sticking clutch problems.
I do have the clutch spring removed and pedal feel is nicer...IMHO
