Water pump pulley

Water pump pulley
My 99 LS1 has a vibration when the car is in gear. (AUTO trans) I traced it to the water pump pulley. Can it be changed without changing the pump? Cost? Degree of difficulty?

If you have 99 you should have a press fit pulley which to my knowledge and research is only replaceable when you purchase a new pump. If you get any other responces on how to remove and replace them please PM me.

My bad...sorry guys, I figured out what I'm looking at? It's the tensioner, not the pulley.
pittguy, she's a 99, targa top, pewter sweety. Now 14,500 miles. Garage kept. Got lucky on this deal!
Anyone changed a tensioner on a 99 ? Please help a newb!

just loosen the belt slip it off...remove the tensioner install new one and put the belt on..its pretty straight forward if you look at it

get a 15mm deep wheel socket and a 3/8" ratchet turn the bolt that holds the plastic tensioner pulley clockwise this will release pressure on the belt.
remove belt from tensioner pulley
using same socket/ratchet combo find the 2 bolts that hold the tensioner body to the water pump housing turn these counter-clockwise and remove the tensioner assembly
install is reverse of removal
remove belt from tensioner pulley
using same socket/ratchet combo find the 2 bolts that hold the tensioner body to the water pump housing turn these counter-clockwise and remove the tensioner assembly
install is reverse of removal
