Default What do I need to remove airtubes from headers?

I am going to be doing LT headers and was thinking about removing the air system. What do I need, and where can I get the parts to unistall the air tubes? I plan on getting a tune so that is no big deal, I just need the block off plates, ect. I am still on the decision of LG, Kooks, and american racing. Soo much to read about each one.
Thanks.

You only need the blockoff plates. IIRC, thunder racing sells the plates. As for headers, American Racing are the easiest install and give great hp and TORQUE gains.

You can just make some block off plates from a thin piece of metal. use the gasket as a template.

Or if you have not ordered the headers yet, see if you can order them without the air tubes.

If not when you get the headers in, cut off the air tubes and take the to a shop and get them TIG welded. The air tube extensions are right in the way when changing plugs.
