Default GM and AC-DELCO the same part?

I ran across some AC-Delco slave cylinders in EB*y. Are they the same as the ones in the GM packaging or a different, cheaper version?
Thanks,
GB

C'mon... you're kidding... right?

Bueller....Bueller.....?

I guess you were absent that day too?

they are the same company.

that's why most of the parts on your car say "AC Delco" on them!

No, unfortunately, I am not kidding, much to my parents' eternal chagrin.

When I found a web site with Z06 slave cylinders for $65 new in an AC Delco box, I wondered if there were two levels of Delco parts. Seemed like something I could attach my free-floating anxiety to. I mean, that's 50% off the Racers' Net, capice?

At the very least, I made your day.

Here's another one to give you a giggle:

Maitre d': I appreciate your understanding, sir.
Ferris: It's understanding that makes it possible for people like us to tolerate a person like yourself.

Actually there can be a HUGE difference. Delco offers reman and new on many parts, especially slave cylinders. The genuine GM will be a better part. If you post the actual part #, I can tell you if it is GM or Delco. I try and stay away from the reman Delco stuff, as we have ran into many fitment problems.
