Why Halltech Traps are hard to get now
Because they fit a C4!
On a whim... I bought a Halltech trap for a C5 here on the forum. The trap is an airfilter and flattened bend that pushes the filter way into the front bumper area on a C5. Well... obviously there are some differences between the C5 and C4... but as it happens I was able to make it work. Pics are here:

Basically, I bought a Halltech trap and turned it into a Halltech Stinger All I need now is a 2 inch long section of 4 inch diameter smooth coupler and it's really done
As you can see, a person could just buy a Stinger and make it work like I did. I just got a deal on this Trap and paid less than 1/2 price.
Sorry for those guys looking who can't find one... but if it's any consolation... at least one went to a kick *** home!
