I think Breathless Performance makes it. I think that MidAmreica also sells one, or possibly the Breathless one.

You can get them from LG motorsports and livernois I think. Check these 2 tuners.

$299.00, ouch! Is this piece just the plate cover or is there more to it that you don't see?

It does take the place of the plate cover. What you do is cut a hole the same size of the screen area in the front facia. Then as you drive, MASSIVE amounts of cold air flow into the air box area. If you have oil coolers, intercoolers or the rad shroud removed it provides cooling on another level compaired to the OE method. Even with open Z06 screens at high speed the air flows over the top of those screens and doesnt enter the car. This screen takes air at all speeds... the faster you go, the more air you get.

To give you an Idea just how well this thing works. I used it in conjunction with the Big Mouth Air Dam in my Supercharged application and as a result my engine runs 20 to 40 deg cooler. Recovery times on my cooling system are also reduced. My Intercooler is supplied with cold air like it never had before.

Looking at my sig you will see that I am not the only F/I car to have this.. simply because it WORKS!!!

I think they're originally made by Halltech. I refused to pay that much Corvette tax, and found one on ebay for $30.
