Heat shield rattling??????
I have a 98 Roadster, 6 speed, 25K miles. After car warms up, when starting from a dead stop, I get a rattling sound until I hit about 1,500 rpm. Don't hear it in any other gear. Sounds like a loose heat shield, but only rattles in first gear??? Doesn't happen when car is cold. Anyone out there have ideas on what this could be?????? Thanks.....
