Default Removed Air System...issues?
I am pretty sure that my air system has been tuned out, but if it hasn't, what issues will I see removing the entire system? I put block off plates on my headers to prevent issues there. Just curious.

did you block off the vacuum hose to the air pump if '01 or newer? if not tuned out, you'll get codes

i'm new to this area...what is the purpose of not using the air tube?

what does it do and why would you not want to use it?

The air system is only at work the fist thirty seconds of the car initially being on and seriously it just looks to busy with all that tubing in, so I bought block off plates and removed the stuff that is behind the manifold and decided to disconnect and remove the pump and everything else.

It helps heat up the cats more quickly. It's strictly for emissions. No harm in removing the system, as long as you program out the code it will throw.

It injects O2 into manifolds before cats heat up. I removed mine and no problems except an extra box of parts

thunderracing.com (call them) and tell them you need the air system block off plates, they were 9.95 each and you need two.
