Default Oil Pressure

I got in my car yesterday and noticed the oil pressure was maxxing out the oil pressure tach so I looked up the digital pressure and it showed it at 130!!! I haven't done anything to the oil like adding it or even changed the oil for a couple of thousand miles, so why would it shoot up like that? What could be the problem? I have the LPE oil mod done...not sure what that is but it's done. The pressure is usually around 50-60 so this is more than double. What is the highest you can go before things get ugly? I still don't see any oil leaking not even one drop and the heads look clean still...is it possible the sensor is bad? HELP! Any information would greatly be appreciated. Thanks

Found the instruction and write-up.

On a 98 can I just slide the intake forward or do I have to take it off since it has the 2 lines?

Here is a link with the part number for the oil pressure sensor and another pic and torque settings.

They say you can slide it forward, but on my 98, I disconnected both fuel lines, it was much easier. You can get plastic disconnect tools at Pep Boys for under $5 that fit ALL lines.
