I just purchased a set of 04 think spokes for my 97 (thanks rgtkst!) and wanted to know if I would be able to use the sensors off my wagon wheels on them?
If you mount them in the thin spokes just as they were mounted in your old wheels they should work. Mark them as they come out so you don't have to go thru the reprogramming procedure.
I'm going to answer your question and hope I'm right so Evil Twin won't chew my *** out!
The back spacing is the same on all C5's so you won't need a spacer for the newer wheels. The Z06 back spacing is different.
You may want to consider purchasing new sensors. Those original ones are nine years old and the life of the batteries are suppose to last approx. 7-10 years.

Actually, I think the early wheels had a slightly different back spacing, but it won't make any difference.
1. Make sure you place them in the correct rims.
2. Use new "O" rings #9 at home depot will work fine.
3. Make sure you torque the nut to the correct "inch" pound torque.
Someone out there will know the correct torque for the nut.
