Default Has anyone ran across this problem?

I'm sure someone has run across this problem. The AC vents on the passager side of the car blow right in the face. My wife hates this and as you all know not having a happy wife in my corvette is not good. She always closes the vents but then its twice as hard to cool the car down then. the vent can be points down some but they can't be pointed up. can these vent be removed and changed in some way so they can be pointed up? I have a 2002 coupe and if anyone can help ty very much in advance.

I'm not sure you understand. I don't want to lose the air flow from the vents. I want to be able to point them up. they seem to only point straight or down. then the wife is upset cause her legs are cold. Guys I need help please.

You know you can use both heat and air conditioner vents when cooling, then as much air does not come out of the top vents.
