Tramlining? Alignment spec suggestions C5
I have a 98 convertible and I have had an alignment before, but always thought the front-end was loose and too responsive to the road and at higher speeds seems more dangerous. I am getting some new tires(probably Nitto 555s) and going to get them put on with a Hunter GSP9700 and try to track someone down who has a Hunter 811 for the alignment. I do not want to go with original specs again and would like something tighter. Anyone have any suggestions? Someone had told me to go with minimum negative camber and zero toe on the front, but according to the following site it mentions I should tow it in. Any suggestions on specs to keep the car from darting as much? Should I also go with 0 camber? I am more concerned with tighter feel and stability at high speeds than tighter turns at higher speeds.
