I ordered mine from Bob at Fichtner Chevrolet since GM Europe do not sell them here in Sweden. All instructions were included and it only took me some few hours to install, no problems.
Do you have the air bag switch but no instructions I can try to find my instructions and scan them for you.

That site tells it all, plus get this panel and it will look like the factoy install. The piece with the letters can be found for around $10-20, and you have to change out the LED, the stock LED is too small in voltage. You'll need a 12v LED. Good luck.

Or, you can keep the OEM LED and put in a 1k ohm inline resistor (Radio Shack--pack of 5 for .99 cents). Then you'll have a totally stock look. That's what I did and it works and looks great. Good luck w/ your project.
