2000 Power seat Question

2000 Power seat Question
I was wondering if anyone knew anything about the power Sport seats? I have a 2000 with Memory and all. When I shift gears and if it is agresive I can feel the seat move a little. Almost like there is a little slipping in the rails. Or i'ts like the gears are loose or something.
Does anyone know what might cause this? And better yet know of a fix? I didnt know if I needed to replace the tracks for the front seat or not? I thought maybe I could swap with the pasengers side but then I doubt it would work. My guess is they are different.
