Installing SS or chrome pad plates.
A question for those with stainless or chrome brake pad plates. When puting them on, is there any prep work with installing them or do you just put them on between the pads and the caliper? I thought there were some "dimples" on the pads that might be in the way. Any help would be appreciated before I buy them.

I just ground them off on a bench grinder. Could be done with a hand grinder or even a dremel...not a big deal if you got the tools.
Other than that, just slip 'em in and enjoy!
