Halltech Stinger Intake or Vararam intake will give you some extra HP..not a lot without a tune, but you will notice a difference.
No need to change the stock throttle body unless you plan on big HP over 500... waste of money IMO

Is that a 2000 Automatic or Manual? What ratio transaxle does it have (probably 3.42's if a manual...)?
The first steps would be to get your car breathing better...
- Higher flow air intake
- Blackwing
- No airbox cover with a K&N and the ziptie mod
- Z06 airbox cover with a K&N filter (Z06 airbox cover has a larger opening)
- K&N in stock airbox
- Since you have a 2000, and if it truely is stock, you will benefit from a Z06 intake manifold and upgraded throttle body. (need a tune also)
- Probably would also benefit from an upgraded MAF too (need a tune also)
- Headers (Long-Tubes)
- Cat-back
- If your an automatic....3.42's would be a great addition
I do agree with ET....you need a budget and a plan....none of this is cheap!
