help..water pump gaskets
installing a new pump, can I use my old gaskets ....
the pump hase been off twice, once for a cam install, now for leaking pump......
can I use them or do I need new..they look good,,,,
advise please

I would not reuse them....they may be difficult to get off but they are a poor choice. You should have received the new style gaskets in the box... in fact your water pump may be leaking from one of those paper gaskets... dont forget the anti seize and the proper torgue...

replace using the new metal trim water pump gaskets

hey guys,, I have the metal and silicone gaskets.......the paper ones are long gone or were never on my car....
I dont believe the pumps come with new gaskets........do they??
( the new metal/silicone ones)
sorry for the confusion,,I would NEVER use a paper gasket twice....just these new rubber thingys , some you use agian, some you dont.
