compass in rearview mirror
Have a 02 vert. Would like to get the c-6 inside mirror with compass or any aftermarket that looks good. Is the compass itself in the mirror or is it in a remote site. Any Ideas?

I don't know about the c6 mirror, but I found a Caprice wagon in the junk yard that I pulled the mirror out of, it had the compass and maplights. Picked it and the wiring up for $5. Compass was self-contained in the mirror housing. (Not for my vette...)

Try the Donnelly or Gentex mirror websites for info. I bought a Donnelly electrochromatic compass mirror for my '98 4 or 5 years ago. Works great......Good luck
