Was going to take it to the dealer but decided to see if I could get some DIY help.
Problem #1 - Convertible top has left rub marks on the tonneau cover. How do you adjust and how do you know if your adjustment is then adequate?
Problem #2 - Passenger window corner rubbing on inside corner of top causing some fraying. Everytime you shut the door it its the top. How do you adjust this?

you need the new updated rear weatherstrip.

it's called "window tip in", adjustment will be covered in the doc that rws.1 is going to send you.
I know th is sounds dumb but I had the problem of the top rubbing on the hatch also, I found that if I moved t he passenger seat forward a little before operating the top either up or down it cured the problem.
My 1999 conv. top needs to be adjusted also. The driver's side window hits the top when closing the door and fraying is there. I reviewed the window tip in adjustment document and looked at the pictures however someone added a comment to the bottom of that post indicating the window adjustment is really a bar in the middle of the top that can be adjusted outward to push the top away from the window. Anyone have pictures of this adjustment? I see the bar and see a couple of screws attached to the bar but do not see how loosening these bolts will allow me to extend the bar to push the top out slightly.
My email is s-frenzke@peoplepc.com Any help is greatly appreciated since the local Chevy dealer does not want to have anything to do with this problem.
