Mike Norris-outside of Orlando(he also partners with Horsepower Sales in Pompano)
Greg Lovell-AntiVenom-outside of Tampa
Kelley Chevrolet-Lauderdale area
Breathless-Miami

Those are your only tuner choices and Kelley and Breathless are extremely expensive and no better than the other 2.

For routine vette work, Kent Eismann's Corvettes in Jupiter also.

So what kind of tuning do they do? Do they have a Dynojet or Mustang dyno, use LSI Edit, EFI Live or what? I have never heard of them, and I always have to make the 7-hour drive from Pensacola to Orlando to see Mike Norris (who does a great job by the way) to get tuning done. Leo doesn't even have a dyno, and seems to focus more on the older Vettes, but curious to see what this tuner John has done for you.

Antivenom is a supporting vendor at another Z06 website, and does awesom work as well. He does the mechanical stuff and FRC Tom does the LS edit dynotuning. Greg is an awesome mechanic and does all the work himself. Mike Norris is a great guy and runs a super shop. He may oversee the work rather than do it himself depending on how busy he is. I don't think you can go wrong with either. They both have done work on my car and i can vouch for both.
