Help with Delco CD Changer

I'm having problems with a factory 12 Disc CD changer in a '98 that I recently bought.

I've tried to get it serviced with an independent repair shop but I'm still having problems.

Does anybody have any experience with getting these units repaired?

Is there a Delco Electronics Service Center I can send it to?

Any advise would be appreciated.

Try United Radio in Syracuse N.Y. They service Delco radios and players for the whole country..A few years ago they repaired a casette player for my wifes Pontiac..
