I'm changing mine now based on the responses to my same question.
You can find the (recent) thread with a simple search.
You can either (1) flush out the entire system in one operation, or (2) (more easily) slowly remove and replace the fluid from the overflow container in multiple steps over time.
When I changed my fluid, it really helped a steering virbation I was having when at full lock position.
