Stuck oil dipstick!
I had an aluminum flywheel installed a couple of weeks ago. In order to install the flywheel, my headers had to be removed. In order to remove the right side header, the dipstick had to also be removed. Well, I had to add a quart of oil today and when I went to check the oil level, I couldn't get the dipstick out! Any ideas as to how it could get re-installed where it would get stuck? I plan to take it back to get it fixed, but for the life of me, I can't think of how they could manage to get the dipstick stuck in the first place????

Maybe it just needs a little oil on it. Oh, sorry, but I could not resist.
I would guess that the oil tube was misaligned and is pinching the dipstick.
Your DIC will tell you when you are a quart low, although inclines can give you a false indication.

Thanks for the input guys. I decided to fix the problem myself this weekend. I figured if they don't know how to replace the dipstick correctly, I don't want them touching my car. I installed my Dynatech headers/exhaust by myself in my garage and didn't have a problem re-installing the dipstick. I will take the time to make sure they re-installed the headers correctly and arranged the wires away from the headers.
