ABS / Traction Sys Service problem...with heat

ABS / Traction Sys Service problem...with heat
1998 Coupe
My question is.. has the problem with the AbS/Traction Sys lights been a factor with tunnel heat. My car creates hot conditions that make the traction system on / off switch on consule hot when the outside temp gets warm..80 today. After 30mins driving the warning lights for abs and traction sys service pop on. The traction switch and surrounding area is hot. I will try other solutions with hub connector that i have recently read on the forum, but I do not experience the ABS/TRACTION SYS lights problem until the TRACTION Sys switch gets hot.
