Front suspension clunk!
I'm getting a clunk in the front of the car when going over any type of bump and sometimes when I turn. Had the front wheels off and everything seemed to be tight. It's not constant but it is happening often enough for me to wonder. The only thing that was done to the suspension recently was that it was lifted a little bit. It was too low before! Any suggestions?

I had a clunk in the front, over bumps and when turning. Thought it was a loose sway bar, or sway bar bushings needing grease, none of those things. The only other thing I could think of was my front leaf spring. Replaced the leaf spring, rides better and no clunk.

Notice that you have a 2001 vette. Do you metal or plastic end links ?
Factory plastic end links flex quite a bit and could be causing your noise. Might want to upgrade to metal links.
