Default G.M Target replacement engine

My 1994 had a replacement Chevy Target engine dropped in under warrenty in December of 1995. Chevy took the original engine back to it's Warren testing lab to see what happened. I know it was a complete engine replacement but Iwas wondering if the new engine would have come with the water pump and a new optispark on it? The 1995 engine number on the repair sheet called for a 12523000 engine. If any of you work in a Chevy dealership and can look up this number and can let me know if the above items came on this engine I'd appreaciate it

Not sure this helps, but when my '99 engine was replaced, it came as a complete long block, including manifolds, spark plugs, clutch, water pump, intake, TB, and so on...

It was plug-n-play with the exception of the harness, power steering and air conditioning.
