Default Rotor Specs

Does anyone have the specs for the minimum thickness on the front rotors on a 99' hardtop? Im trying to decide whether to resurface them or replace them but, I want to make sure there not out of spec. Thanks.

Below are the GM specs for a 99 C5. But like John said, NAPA has new rotors at a very good price. You will pay at least $10-$20 each to have the old ones turned unless you know someone.

Front Brake Rotors

Rotor Diameter
325.0 mm 12.8 in

Installed Lateral Runout
0.07 mm 0.003 in

Thickness Variation
0.013 mm 0.0005 in

Front Brake Rotor Thickness

Minimum Thickness after Refinish
30.6 mm 1.205 in

Discard Thickness
30.3 mm 1.19 in

New Rotor
32 mm 1.26 in

cool..thanks for those specs...

i just bought front rotors at Napa for my C5 today, and i was wondering about the stock specs vs these Napa rotors...

I measured the NAPA front rotors, are 1.25" thickness. So i guess thats not so bad, and the price is very nice, not worth resurfacing them IMO.
