Its most likely Not your shocks. I too had the same problem and its very common. Don't panic!! Its your fron or rear (maybe both) sway bar bushings. there are 2 on the front sway bar and 2 on the rear sway bar. The hardened rubber bushings are rubbing on the sway bar creating a squeaking creaking noise. Its an easy fix. Four bolts on each bushing.. Remove the bolts and use a glob of Silicone Grease on the inside of the bushings. Re tighted. I had a local mechanic do mine for $30.00. I watched him and it took about 20 minutes to do all 4 bushings. You can easily do it yourself.. If you do a search there is a write up somewhere in the Forum on step by step procedures. Very common problem. You may want to consider Polyurethane bushings too...

Probably shocks I had the same problem a few years ago. It would not do it when you pushed up and down on the car but when riding it did it. Make sure everything else is tight first how many miles on the shocks? Could be the bushing which is easy to try first.

Put them in the round file they are junk. No OEM shock last that long. When you get new ones it will feel like a different car. I like Bilsteins. I have Bilsteins in both of my truck and my race car. I put them in the Excursion with 9000 miles and it was well worth it. You can get HD or Sports which are stiffer. LGM or DRM sell them.
