Car in the shop for IAT sensor problems
Well on the way home yesterday my Check Engine light came on and would not go off. When I got home I checked the codes and I had a couple IAT sensor voltage codes thrown. So the car is in the shop this morning to have this fixed as well as the occasional Service ABS, Service TC, Service AH messages that also get thrown. Based on others with similar problems the fix should be a replacement of the wiring harnesses in question and I said as much to the dealership. Just hope they can get to the car today, w/o an appt and because they are backed up it might not be done this afternoon. UGH!
Damn electronic gremlins!! At least it isn't anything major like a real mechanical problem with the engine or something, these little problems bother be enough as it is!
