I think all you need to do is replace the base control unit with a dual zone unit. From what I understand, the rest of the system is the same. You already have the seperate temperature control doors. Can anyone verify this?

Probably pricey...
You'd probably have to replace the control head ($750) in the dashboard, replace the blower motor resistor with the blower motor control module (if it will fit in the same location) and whatever else is necessary to control the hot water flow through the heater core and the AC compressor. I believe this would be true, unless you can get dual zone without automatic temperature control (RPO CJ2)???????

never mind then... thanks guys, I am very new to the vette world, I just got mine yesterday and am just learning everything that I can now, I guess I will just sell the dual zone hvac that I came across.
