I have finally decided that it is time to mod the 2002 A4 convertible. I test drove a couple of 911s and decided the vette is simply more fun to drive around town. Plus, I can drive a buddy to the golf course with the top down, can't do that in a 911. Anyway, I plan on changing the gears from 2.73 to a 3.42 and getting the engine to breath better for starters. Any good places in western suburbs of Chicago? I have been talking to George at Bill Kay Chevrolet in Lisle. Probably a little on the expensive side but at least the work is being done at a Chevy dealer (my rationale anyway). Any thoughts or opinions? By the way, this is a true daily driver, no tracks, I just want to get that feeling of "holy sh%t" when I step on the gas just like the first day I drove it.
