Torn/Melted Bilstein Upper Bushing - Need Parts
Well, after getting the car back from One Lap the car started making a thud sound as it went over any sort of bump. After checking for a blown shock, playing with trim height, and lubing the sway bar bushings we found that the upper bushing on the RR Bilstein Sport was melted and torn away from the mounting bracket.
Now the question is, where do I buy these replacement parts without grabbing a new shock? Are there better (maybe poly) bushings for this? We're talking about the bushing that sits up top in the installed position.
