Default Need AC HELP FAST!!!!!

I had some work done on the car today totally unrelated to the AC.
(Mostly just diagnostic - fuses were pulled, battery disconnected.)
Upon leaving the shop my AC on the passenger side is blowing HOT air.
For awhile the AUTO mode would not work but it is working now.

The code is BO446HC - Right actuator out of range

We are leaving Tuesday for the trip to the Cruise In. Is this something simple or am I screwed? Advice is greatly appreciated!!

This has been reported many times. The Dual Zone AC uses separate Driver/Passenger actuator motors to adjust the Warm/Cool air mixture doors in the vent plumbing above the blower.

When the problem you are describing happens, one of the actuator motors (in this case the passenger side) gets stuck full open on the warm side.

The fact that the work you were doing disrupted battery power can cause this problem, because when battery power is restored the HVAC system goes through an initialization routine that moves all the actuator doors to their extreme open/close positions to calibrate them. It's possible that this initialization process was disrupted and it got confused and left the motor in the extreme warm position.

Try resetting the power to the HVAC (I believe there are several fuses in the passenger footwell (18, 27) or disconnect the battery and reconnect. Let the HVAC finish it's routine - you should hear the motors in the dash moving.

If that doesn't fix it then it's possible that the motor could be bad.

ARRRRGGGGHHHH
I pulled the fuses as suggested - also pulled the one under the hood. No help.
I disconnected the battery and reconnected. I did not hear motors working under the hood either time.
Now the passenger side is still hot AND the AUTO mode again does not work. When I use the manual switch it does not work immediately but if I keep messing with it I can get the driver's side and middle vents to blow cold.
Any more ideas or help is greatly appreciated!!

Mine is the opposite...drivers side won't go cold. I once read about taking the actuaters apart and moving the gears one tooth but can't seem to find the post, anyone?
