Here's a couple of pics of my recent purchase. It's a '76 T/A 400 4sp. All original paint, except for bumpers& spoilers. It has only 23k original miles. A/C blows ice cold. I did lower it and put some WS6 wheels on it. Fun car to drive.
Damn that's sweet; she's really mint. I've still got a soft spot for those old, monster, 70's TAs.
Soooooo... the question is... Does it stay stock? Or is she getting "SWed"?
Well...I'm thinking a Jim Butler 467ci pump fuel motor.... :D
Thats nice
Don't you need someone to come down and drive your cars around so the batteries don't run down. I know you don't have enough time to do it yourself. I just happen to volunter myself to do that for you. I saw your Z07 at MTI when I carried my 99 FRC down there Tues. I hope to get mine back next week. :D :D :D
Thanks for the comments. Eventhough it's not very fast, it really is a fun car to drive. It still is very tight, no rattles, and in it's time it was one of the best handling cars out there. I found it and loved the fact there weren't too many silver T/As out there especially with no "bird" and black interior. I think I'm going to leave it STOCK... ;) Btw, it does have a Corvette part on it, the lower front rubber airdam is from a '80-'82 Vette.
That is a sweet ride. It reminds me of my Dad's '76 Trans Am. His was dark red (not sure what the factory name for the color was) with the 400. His was not stock.
