Good Transmission Cooler kit?

I am running about 185 degree on a 90 degree day with my 3:15 rear-end and a bigger torq converter and driving it hard.

Also, I heard that of you just fill it (the cooler) with fluid during installation, that the tranny fluid level won't change. Any truth to this?
If you would like to use adapters instead of cutting your transmission lines, then use a B&M cooler with 1/2" NPT fittings such as #70266 and these parts:
(2) Aeroquip FCM2013 –6 AN to ½ NPT male adapter (cooler)
(1) Aeroquip FCM1022 –6 AN 45* swivel hose end (trans return line)
(2) Aeroquip FCM4032 –6 AN 90* swivel hose end (cooler)
(1) Aeroquip FCM4042 –6 AN 120* swivel hose end (radiator)
(2) Aeroquip FCM2108 –6 AN to 5/8 –18 inverted flare adapter (radiator & trans return line)
(1) Aeroquip FCA0606 –6 AN AQP racing hose, 6ft.
(1) GM # 442338 (or similar) 5/8 –18 inverted flare female union (trans return line)
GM# 442338 is available from any GM dealer.
You can get all of the Aeroquip parts from Summit Racing. Note: Summit puts a prefix in front of the number (AER-) www.summitracing.com/
Aeroquip website: http://www.aeroquip.com/pages/lit.html
B&M uses ½ NPT, female fittings on their coolers, others may be different.
GM used the 5/8 –18 inverted flare fittings, through at least 2000, maybe later, and then it was changed to something else.

Thanks.
My concern is that this morning I noticed that my coolant temp was about 20 degrees higher than normal. It got higher at traffic lights, and dropped a little while driving. The outside temp is <70 and the coolant was 220.
I took a look, and nothing else seems to be wrong, the fan was on (directly behind where I mounted the cooler).Did I mount this incorrectly? Is there a better way to mount it?
