Hello im a new Vette owner and i noticed the other day that my HVAc lights dont work, all of the buttons work fine, and at night i can see barly the lights , but other then that they dont work , could it be a fuse, bulb, or is this a dealer fix>
? anyone else experiance this before?

Very common problem.
Most likely case is bad cold solder joints...
If you are comfortable cold soldering a circuit board you can do it your self... follow the links in the post above.

If it's the display that's out, it's most likely the solder connections. If it's the backlighting for the buttons and red/blue displays then most likely the bulbs are burnt out, which you can fix by following the link I posted above. The problem is that GM used tiny 12V incandescent bulbs, rather then LEDs to do all the backlighting, so they will go bad eventually. The status lights on the buttons are LEDs, however, so they shouldn't be an issue.
