Default What Size Bushing ?

Well maybe I should be able to find this but can't.

Want to replace the sway bar bushing on my 99.

What size bushing do I need for a Z 51 suspension.

My choices are 19 mm, 22mm, 23.6mm, 26 mm, 27 mm,

Thanks for the help.

For model year 1999, the Z51/FE3 sway bar diameters from the factory were: front 25.4 mm, rear 21.7mm. If you know for certain that your car came from the factory with the Z51/FE3 option, you should be able to use these sway bar dimensions to determine the correct size bushings.

Diameters of the front and rear Z51/FE3 sway bars increased in model year 2000 (see link below). If your Z51/FE3 sway bars were added as an after factory mod, you may need to measure the bars to determine the correct size bushings.

Thanks for the info.

My 99 does have factory Z51 sway bars.

So looking at the sizes will get the 22mm.

Thanks again.

As for after market bushing sizing, I'm not sure what to tell you. 22 mm might work for the rear, but I would think it would be too small for the front. You may want to check with the manufacturer or vendor for correct sizing. Good luck.
