how long does it take to install t/converter
can anyone yell me how long it take to change a t/converter in a 98 c/5 just trying to make sure the shop does not overcharge me. thanks burt :cheers:

It depends on how good or fast you are. Remember Haste can be bad if you have never done this before. Most Dealers go by what the book says and other Shops may or may not go by the book. It takes some 12 hrs and I have seen it done in 4 hrs. I would say 8 hrs of labor plus parts would be fair.
