B1001 Option Configuration Error? i dont know what this is??

since its a history code, i would reset your dic and see if it comes back

Error code has to do with SDM (Sensing and Diagnostic Module) for inflatible restraints.

Restraint ID is compared to last four digits of VIN ID in PCM.

Maybe someone changed the PCM or Air Bag controls ?

Had this car for 2 months now and dont remember seeing this code. I installed long tube headers with new cats but i cleared all the codes and drove around with none for 3 weeks.
