1. Turn key to "ON" position but do not start the engine.
2. Completely depress accelerator pedal to the floor 4 times.
3. Turn key off, then start engine, should be reset now.

I believe you only need to hit the peddle three times. And if I'm not mistaken you can reset it by holding the reset button while your oil life is showing on you DIC.

The DIC does work but you must do the following. With the key in the ON position (motor not running) press the reset while in the oil change mode and then TURN KEY OFF. Start engine and display will show 100%

It DOES NOT work on some cars. I have tried all the ways and the only one is the pedel method

Well, what was the point of your post? If humor, you failed. If serious, pushing the accelerator with the engine off does nothing in the engine compartment on a computer controlled, throttle-by-wire, fuel injected engine. Certainly doesn't flood the engine.
