Good question. Some cars now have the service manuals on Compact Disk. I'd really like one on my 1999. Anybody know where to purchase it?

Anybody know what this is??? It is a CD-ROM sold by HELM called "1998-2001 GENERAL MOTORS SERVICE INFORMATION CD-ROM SET" and it costs $300 :eek:
Is it only a service manual on CD, or does it contain more information like part numbers etc???

It looks to me like the cdrom covers all of those models/years. Would be a good buy if you had a shop or something...

Until the CD drops to about $75, I'll continue to get the book from the public library for free.
