HELP BBK intake manifold ls1/ls6 install

Default HELP BBK intake manifold ls1/ls6 install

I can seem to get the bbk intake manifold screws to screw in. Its a very tight and some screws are just to tight. Any advise or if anyone ran into the same problem please give me some input.

I myself have not installed BBK intake manifold...

I assume you are talking about the bolts that hold the intake to the heads right?

Did they supply different bolts?
Hopefully they are not cross threading into the heads..

I would check to make sure they are the same thread pitch ect. and that the intake it set where it needs to be so that you are not cross threading the bolts..

yes those are the bolts that are holding it down the manifold. I just dont understand why they are a tight fit. Is it because i have ls6 heads???
