I am thinking my fuel pump has a short in the ground wire or something. Sometimes my pressure will drop to 20lbs! I have a 99 supercharged and top end car. So I usually run 60lbs... Where would the starting point be for the wiring of the pump? Also when I shut the car off the pressure jumps to 80lbs. Any ideas?
Well, I,ll jump in on this ....first off, many, many Gm cars (and trucks) had problems with the connector that plugged onto the pump going bad...that resulted in the pump working sometimes and then stop working....that is not your problem, because your pump doesn,t stop pumping.... i would guess that you are using the stock 99 pump and, with the supercharger, you are putting a larger fuel demand on the stock pump than it can deliver...(?) I would buy a higher capacity/flow pump. such as Aeromotive....also when you shut of the engine,it is normal for the pressure to rise, as the engine is no longer being supplied.... but 20# sounds alittle low...i didn,t say much, but hth
I have also noticed when I go into boost the pressure drops as rpms rise. Could this just be weak pump? If I change the pump to something larger can the superpumper go in the trash?

hell mine runs all the time right now...I have the power pulled waiting to take it in...possible your controller has an internal short...I spoke to Magnacharger and they told me its possible my Magnavolt box has a relay fused causing my issue.
