Default Select Ride Question

I am new to having this feature on my current 99. My question is if there are any indicators you should see, feel, or hear when changing between modes? Or will you only notice the changes under certain driving conditions? Any feedback would be appreciated.

Thanks!

There aren't any lights or bells. You will notice a difference in the way it handles and rides. A little stiffer on Sport setting and softer on Tour setting. You can switch anytime while your moving or stopped.

Best thing to do is try it out on some twisty stuff. Switch back and forth, you'll be able to tell the difference.

Good Luck

Switch it from tour to sport while going over an incredibly bad section of road. You'll notice the difference.

I have it on my 98 and never used it. I just keep it on touring because no mater what I do, I can't notice any difference. I am sure if you drive the car hard enough, you will have some difference in the handling, but may not notice it. Personally, I think GM waisted your money on the option unless you plan on taking the car on a road course. I would much rather have the cost of the option in some other more useable and noticable option.
