Go buy a can of that. Then with the red long needle they supply, you need to get under your dash.
It is a pain at first, but if you pull back the rubber boot that protects the steering you will hear the noise come from there. Right by the knee bolster.
What I did was have the key in the ignition and I could hear the squeek when I was on my back and turn the wheel side to side. Stick the needle with the can up there and spray it. I used my fingers to lurbricated it around. Turn the steering wheel until the noise goes away. You'll see what I am talking about.

I dont want to chance contaminating the wheel position sensor. I also dont want to damage my spine searching around under there
