ls6 intake

Are there two part numbers for the ls6 intake? I have seen people selling them with two differnt number on the intake but both were saying they were ls6 intakes.

be sure the bottom is flat, the early intakes would 'whistle', not a big deal, i guess some don't like the noise?

there are two different part numbers for the ls6 intake manifold...one is off of f-bodies and one is off of the z06...from what i have read the f-body ls6 intakes flow better than the zo6...

Some people may also be showing the "casting" number (the number molded into the manifold) as the "part" number. They are different.
To the best of my knowledge, the actual part number itself is not found on the manifold.
