RAM Powergrip HD Clutch Problems
I have had this clutch with steel billet flywheel for about 3 months. Lately, the clutch has been slipping and the catch point was really high, so I brought it back to my tuner/installer for a possible fix to the problem, we tried an adjustable master cyliner, yet this did not fix the issue...the clutch is still shot. I get on the car sometimes, but not very often. The only hard launches I have had were 3 drag passes. My tuner says the RAM factory warranty will cover the new parts, but not the install labor. Do you think this is fair, after having the clutch in for so little time that I should have to pay for the re-installation? Also, has anyone else had this kind of problem with a RAM clutch?
