What brand headers did you install and what type of connections did they have at the collectors?
I have a Corsa exhaust and Kook's LTs. The Kooks have sort of a rounded end at the collector and a flared cone on the mid section - this give some adjustment up or down on the mid section before tightening. When I first did the intsall, the mid section and cat backs seemed low. I loosened the connections at the collectors, leaving the mid section to the cat back tight. I then loosened the Corsa clamps at the exhausts and pushed everything (mid section) up then re-tightened the connections at the collectors. With the mid section up and tight, I was able to adjust the Corsas to be up out of sight and the tips straight.
I had a similar problem w/ my B&B prt's after my tpis long tubes, I tried new clamps w/o success. I ended up getting my pipes spot welded and that did the trick nicely. No more droopy tips in the back. Drove me crazy until I had that done. Fairly common issue from what I hear but easily fixed.
