i have read here on the forum that if you look into the inlet side of the muffler the pipe will be smooth if it a pace car and have little notches sticking out if it touring. i haven't seen it my self though
All I know is that I have the pace car edition and they are quite during normal operation, but step on it... and you scare the crap out of the people in the car next to you :-)

That is correct the Pace Car edition will have a smooth pipe, while the Touring edition will have notches in the pipe, but they don't stick out. Somebody posted a pic on another thread of the Touring edition, but I can't find it right now. My Pace Car mufflers have the smooth pipe so I know that much to be correct.
