Lateral Accelerometer Sensor c1284

Followed the manual to the lateral accelerometer sensor under the passenger seat (and under rug) Have +5.11v on pin A, ground on pin C (20 ohms to radio rack) and 4.88 volts on pin B with engine off and key to "ON".
Manual says that pin B should be 2.5v at rest.
Think I have a bad Lateral Accelerometer sensor ($131.70).
Anybody ever mess with this one?
BTW, checked all ground points and the connectors below the battery all look good.

Could also be many other parts in the chain, however factory service manual says to replace at this point.
If this part does not solve the problem, the ebcm seems suspect.
Any comments from those that have been through this troubleshooting would be most welcome!

Lateral Accelerometer sensor, part # 25702490 for my 2000.
Code cleared and no more errors or driveability problems.
Just to note, to get to this sensor you have to remove the passenger seat, pull the rug from the center console all the way to the firewall. Both the seat removal and the moving the rug was easy.
